Acceptable Reasons for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Products with removed or damaged tags and packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale products
- Items purchased during special discount events marked as non-returnable
- Products showing signs of wear, stains, or alterations
Important Notice:
Slight color variations between product images and actual items may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography. These variations are not considered defects and are not valid grounds for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Reporting
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Please follow these steps:

- Include photographs of the product packaging and tags

Return Request Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are issued only for eligible returns that meet all criteria
- Items must pass our quality inspection upon receipt
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase
Refund Exclusions:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Inspection & Processing Timeline:

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size adjustments or product variations, subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit as an alternative.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and follow the same process as returns. Once we receive and approve your exchange request, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost (if the exchange is due to our error).
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.
If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once you receive the item, subject to our return policy terms.
Customer Responsibilities
